The Inside Sales Manager develops and implements strategic business plans that meet agreed to sales and profitability goals annually. This is a sales leader with a solid reputation for motivating teams to accomplish growth goals for our company, our manufacturers and distributor partners.
What it Takes To Be a Successful Inside Sales Manager:
Coach and develop current inside sales team.
Recruit and hire additional talent working in collaboration with HR Manager.
Increase inside sales team engagement with decision makers to determine opportunities for improvement or accolades.
Communicate the value the Inside Sales Team brings with each manufacturer on an ongoing basis.
Compile monthly sales reports to share with executive leadership team.
Outline Inside Sales Team wins and relevant insights.
Take ownership of processes and determine areas to improve overall efficiency.
Demonstrate resourcefulness when faced with challenges that defy easy solution.
Develop and execute strategies to grow our existing accounts.
Expand new business through strategies and tactics such as targeting specific industries that would find value in the products we rep.
Successful utilization of our CRM, keeping all sales numbers and communications up to date.
Other responsibilities as assigned.
What You Need Under Your Belt to Be Considered:
Skills & Competencies:
3-5 years inside sales experience within a relevant industry.
2+ years within a managerial role; required.
Proficient in using CRM tools.
Demonstrated ability to strategize and think outside the box in a constructive positive manner.
Must possess high energy and drive with a real desire to ensure a win-win outcome.
Detail oriented with strong organizational skills and time management skills.
Flexible when priorities shift.
Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
Salary
Base Salary of $100K-$125K
