Recruiter for KU Consulting - Madison, WI

We are looking for a Recruiter to work out of our office. In this role, you will assist the KU Sales Team in the recruitment efforts to identify sales/IT professionals for direct hire positions. We have the best-in-class training and are willing to invest in successful and driven individuals.

Recruiting Responsibilities include:

  • Pre-qualify candidates and phone interviews

  • Establish and develop a candidate database through internet job boards and associate referrals

  • Perform quality control calls to evaluate associate performance with managers & end users

  • Maintain accurate and up-to-date associate files

  • Conduct pre-employment checks on all candidates including reference checks, background checks and drug screens

  • Utilize social network sites such as Linkedin, Twitter and Facebook

Qualifications for Recruiter:

  • 2- 5 years of prior recruiting experience

  • Strong verbal/written communication skills necessary

  • Knowledge of MS Office and easily adaptable to learning new systems

  • Exceptional organization and time management skills, want to work in small office and team environment

  • Ability to multi-task in a fast paced environment

Education Requirements for Recruiter:

Bachelor's Degree


Salary

45K to 65K Base + Commission
