Regional Business Development Representative – State of Michigan

Sales Territory: State of Michigan 


What we expect: 

  • Your ability and willingness to drive 1000+ miles per week to cover every county in the entire state

  • Cold calling potential collection agencies, prospecting, building relationships, and maintaining accounts for increased revenue growth, with existing state and regional customers.

  • Learn to effectively communicate the benefits of oral fluid versus urine drug testing. 

  • Establish and maintain an evolving pipeline of collection agencies, including a monthly Top 10 Customer Review, with the Director of Sales. 

  • Exceed revenue goals for the territory.

  • Enjoyment in “leading by example,” and we look forward to your assistance in developing junior salespeople.

What we need: 

  • Five years of proven sales success in healthcare, science, or CPS environment.

  • Unquestionable record of building and maintaining customer relationships and positive company brand. 

  • Experience selling services or relationships.

  • Bachelors’ degree and valid Drivers’ License (with a clean driving record).

Base of $65K + Uncapped Commission. Must have 5 years of outside sales experience and be willing to drive 500-1000 miles per week.
