THX Sales Support Representative – Kalamazoo, MI

Location: This position is on-site in Kalamazoo, MI (some driving required)

As a Therapeutic Sales Support Representative, you will:

  • Foster and develop positive, strong, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing Therapeutic (THX) customers.

  • Nurture existing customers utilizing a call plan. Your goal is to partner with and support our outside sales team members by creating opportunities to increase the volume of tests performed with customers.

  • Schedule and provide Result Reviews to customers.

  • Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.

  • At times, handle inbound inquiries regarding FFL services and attend industry-related conferences.

  • Complete customer onboarding.

  • Update and maintain customer files in Salesforce including records of customer inquiries, Confidentiality Agreements, comments, complaints, and actions taken.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?

  • You have earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical allied health, health administration, or related medical field required; pharmacology or toxicology degree is a bonus.

  • You have three (3) to five (5) years of proven customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment.

  • You have a record of building and maintaining customer relationships.

  • You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive problem solving, successful planning and prioritizing of projects and tasks, and accuracy in proofreading communications and materials.

  • You have stellar knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact management system, Salesforce a plus.

  • Any experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.


Base Salary of $65K-$75K + Commission. Must be able to work on-site in Kalamazoo. 3-5 years of customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment required.
