As a Therapeutic Sales Support Representative, you will:
Foster and develop positive, strong, long-lasting business relationships with prospective and existing Therapeutic (THX) customers.
Nurture existing customers utilizing a call plan. Your goal is to partner with and support our outside sales team members by creating opportunities to increase the volume of tests performed with customers.
Schedule and provide Result Reviews to customers.
Maintain high customer satisfaction levels.
At times, handle inbound inquiries regarding FFL services and attend industry-related conferences.
Complete customer onboarding.
Update and maintain customer files in Salesforce including records of customer inquiries, Confidentiality Agreements, comments, complaints, and actions taken.

What valuable experience and skills will you bring to the table?
You have earned a bachelor’s degree in clinical allied health, health administration, or related medical field required; pharmacology or toxicology degree is a bonus.
You have three (3) to five (5) years of proven customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment.
You have a record of building and maintaining customer relationships.
You possess excellent interpersonal and organizational skills, proactive problem solving, successful planning and prioritizing of projects and tasks, and accuracy in proofreading communications and materials.
You have stellar knowledge of Microsoft Office and contact management system, Salesforce a plus.
Any experience in a laboratory environment is preferred.
Base Salary of $65K-$75K + Commission. Must be able to work on-site in Kalamazoo. 3-5 years of customer support and/or sales success in a clinical healthcare, medical practice, or related environment required.
