Vice President of Sales - Remote Position

The Vice President of Sales- Digital Transformation position is responsible for developing and executing the sales strategy for our digital transformation services. This role requires a deep understanding of digital technologies, strong leadership skills, and experience managing sales teams. The VP will leverage their extensive business network to expand and sell our Digital Transformation expertise and services. This position works closely with the executives, cross functional sales teams, and other departments to align the digital transformation sales initiatives with the company and departments overall goals. This is a vital part of the leadership team and will contribute to the company’s growth, profit and business objective by aligning the hiring, training, budgeting, and strategic planning of the Digital Transformation sales team to meet department and company goals and metrics. 



Essential Leadership & Job Responsibilities: 

  • Sales Strategy: Develop and implement the sales strategy for digital transformation to align with our goals and opportunities. 

  • Identify and pursue new business opportunities or industries to expand digital transformation Services to.

  • Own the sales process from the start of pipeline discussions to closing large deals with various sized clients. 

  • Cross collaborate with various internal teams to align sales initiatives with product strategies. 

  • Partner with marketing to align marking campaigns in appropriate digital transformation markets. 

  • Strategize with Digital Transformation team to align and adjust the digital transformation sales strategy to the changing market needs and opportunities.

  • Stay updated on the latest digital transformation trends, to position unique selling opportunities.

  • Client Relationship Management: Develop and grow relationships with high level executives at current and prospective clients. 

  • Understand our clients and their challenges/ needs, to accurately articulate the company’s value proposition strategically, to land and expand our reach. 

  • Act as a trusted partner to each client to ensure customer satisfaction and long term business partnership. 

  • Leadership: Lead, coach and mentor the Digital Transformation sales team to achieve and exceed revenue targets. 

  • Build and maintain an exceptional sales culture that drives an innovative, accountable, engaging and growing team. 

  • Create a culture to continuously improve by encouraging and providing feedback to optimize performance.

  • Hire, train, and retain the best sales talent that aligns with the company’s values and culture. 

  • Drive consistent revenue growth by managing $5 million plus in revenue annually that develops new business and expands existing accounts. 

  • Oversee the Digital Transformation sales forecasting, and budgeting to ensure the department and our goals are met or exceeded Revenue Growth. 


Knowledge, Skills and Abilities: 

  • Direct or indirect experience selling UIPath, Nintex, Saleforce or knowledgeLake is a plus. 

  • High level understanding of digital transformation with the ability to sell those services.

  • Strong leadership skills, with experience leading various sales teams and creating inclusive team environment.

  • Effective conflict resolution and problem-solving skills. 

  • Experience with driving revenue growth and exceeding sales targets including cost and risk management skills. 

  • Excellent written and verbal communication, negotiation, and presentation skills to positively sell services. 

  • Ability to build relationships with various levels of clients. 

  • Manage various complex sales cycles and the ability to close large sales deals. 

  • Excellent sales forecasting, budgeting, and performance analysis skills. 

  • Positive conflict resolution and problem-solving skills.

  • Experience working in industries such as technology, professional services, or consulting. 

  • Previous consulting and digital transformation experience preferred. 


Qualifications and Experience: 

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, Technology, or a related field (preferred). 

  • 10+ years in sales leadership, with at least 7 years of experience in digital transformation, technology, IT services or consulting sales. 

  • 2+ years of experience in consultative selling including services and solutions to large enterprise accounts (preferred).


Physical Requirements: 

  • Ability to lift and carry up to 50 lbs. as necessary. 

  • Must be able to remain in a stationary position at least 50% of the time. 

  • Occasionally move throughout an office environment. 

  • Continually observe information/data both on paper and electronically at a close range/distance. 

  • Continually operate computer and other electronic office equipment.

  • Some travel required as business and sales needs arise. 


Base Salary of $150K-$200K + Bonus. Must have 10+ years of sales leadership in technology and direct/indirect experience selling UIPath, Nintex, Saleforce.
